Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot!

You know those speedtrap/red light cameras police departments use ? Well, apparently , this one at Loyola Blvd. was still functioning during Hurricane Katrina, and caught this infraction.
Notice the speed in the black square. In case u can't read it, it says 133.4mph.
